The Vienna GmbH is the parent company, founded in 1988, and the place where strategic decisions are mainly taken. Sales, marketing, customer service and advertising are controlled from Vienna , as well as budgeting, controlling and quality control. Of more than 40 employees, 9 work solely for customer service, while 13 are in Vienna .

The location is favourable, in one of the Viennese industrial areas (Liesing), next to the Underground U6 and connected to the highways A2 and A23 and also close to A1. There is enough parking space including a wide drive for lorries to the sheds. Generous space is devoted to the presentation room where you can see numerous automats and machines in operation for test purposes.
