NEW AGENCY CONTRACT FOR LOW-PRESSURE MIXING AND DISPENSING SYSTEMS

As a provider of innovative systems for the processing of 1-component and 2-component polymers RAMPF Dosiertechnik in Zimmern o.R. primarily supplies the automobile, the electrical, the household appliances manufacturing and the filter manufacturing industries. Their product line ranges from simple manual devices to fully-automated production systems.
The core competence of RAMPF Dosiertechnik is the development and the construction of 2-component dispensing machines. One of the special highlights is the mixing and dispensing cell DC-CNC (Photo 2) and the unique mixing system MS-C (Photo 1).
The DC-CNC dispensing cell is a universal, compact dispensing system for a great variety of applications. The compact machine design offers the operator flexible processing technologies for his bonding, cast moulding and sealing tasks (Photos 3 and 4), with the greatest economy of space. Whether as an independent system with manual loading or when integrated into production lines with automatic parts supply, the RAMPF cell system offers the best solution. The DC-CNC system can be equipped with all dynamic or static RAMPF mixing systems.
The latest innovation is the MS-C mixing system which has recently been patented. With this system RAMPF have succeeded in covering all dispensing tasks: be they small-scale moulding, sealing foam applications or cast mouldings with capacities from 0.5 to 120g/s – the ceramic sealing elements are the prerequisite for longest life cycles and therefore have few maintenance requirements. The integrated nozzle shut-off system opens and closes the outlet nozzle without material displacement thus ensuring precise metering.
